It is hard for me to describe the change you have made in my life. For many years I have listened to my friends rave about the changes in their well-being made by seeking help for their health needs out side of the usual medical advice. However I had one very serious condition which no doctor could identify. For over twenty years whenever I ate and then became physically active, like walking out of a restaurant, or doing some kind of work that required physical effort, I would get what I called an episode.
