CeeJay Cantu, Office Manager

Dr. Rodney is pleased to have CeeJay as our Office Manager and our daily delight. Patients rave about her warmth and manner.

In a word CeeJay is “AWESOME”.  A native Floridian, she fell in love with Oriental Medicine when she was only a teenager after going through personal medical issues.  She spent seven years working for different medical practices not liking something they all had in common; the patients needs never really came first. However, at The Dunetz Wellness Center, she makes sure that the patients’ needs always come first. In her spare time, CeeJay enjoys gardening, crafting, and spending time with her three children and wonderful husband.

“If I can turn one frown upside down, my day was all worth it”

CeeJay is a special part of our team!

Sara Quesada, L.Ac,  Acupuncturist & Clinic Assistant

Sara Quesada, L.Ac. is licensed to practice acupuncture by the State of Florida, and is certified nationally by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She received her Master’s in Oriental Medicine from ATOM in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.

During and after her time at ATOM, she interned at Light of the Word, and in different acupuncture clinics.  She has treated musculoskeletal aches and pains, sinusitis, headaches, addictions, Bell’s palsy, infertility, PMS, anxiety, depression and many other conditions. She incorporates Japanese style of acupuncture which is a gentler, more superficial needling with less pain on the patient.

She became interested in exploring alternative health care options after becoming ill during her teens.  After exhausting western medical resources, she finally found relief from acupuncture, Chinese herbal medicine, and specific lifestyle changes. Her saying is: “Good health is all about lifestyle and attitude.” Her lightheartedness, positive energy, and warm personality help put her patients at ease. She completed her undergrad studies in 2013 at Everglades University in Boca Raton, Florida.  Originally from Colombia, she is fluent in both English and Spanish.

Ying Shan (Julie), L.Ac, Acupuncturist & Clinic Assistant

Ying Shan received her training at the esteemed Atlantic Institute of Oriental Medicine in Ft. Lauderdale, FL where she received over 3200 hours of rigorous and intensive training in both Eastern and Western medicine. She accomplished 980 clinic hours of hands on practice where she treated a full spectrum of ailments and disorders and was awarded a Master’s degree in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.  She graduated Valedictorian and  magna cum laude.

Born and raised in Taiwan, Ying Shan is a child protege of acupuncture. She grew up learning it day in and day out. She also involved herself practicing in monasteries helping farmers who could not afford to go to hospital. She learned varieties of treatments from other doctors as a young adult and followed them in their treatment rooms. Ying Shan had extensive training and experiences before she came to US.

Ying Shan combines the Asian healing arts with modern technology that will enhance the treatment experiences. She uses techniques such as Japanese IP cord to balance the meridians, Microdermal therapy to relieve pain in conjunction with acupuncture, TENS stimulator to relax muscle tension and regenerate damaged tissue and many other modernized equipment.

Danielle Kravitz, Clinic Assistant

We’re proud to have Danielle on the Dunetz Wellness Center Team!

Her journey into holistic healing began in 2012, when she received inspiration to apply for a job at the local health food store. Over the years she has become increasingly passionate and curious about the dynamic relationships that exist between living beings and the world around them. Danielle loves to continually explore various modalities of natural medicine. She relishes in the knowing that every individual is inherently unique, and that all beings are innately designed to heal and regenerate.

Currently Danielle is in classes full time completing her Master’s degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine. In addition, she is presently at our clinic helping our patients achieve optimal health through this amazing type of healing. Patients rave about how much they love working with Danielle!
